All buildings are of non-combustible construction – either all masonry or masonry to ten feet with insulated metal construction above. Most of the buildings have generous ceiling heights, for easy racking and materials storage. All have restrooms and air-conditioned office space. There are buildings here with grade level loading, loading dock or loading well. Several warehouse spaces have two or more rollup doors in a unit, allowing maximum flexibility. It is possible to rent fenced yards adjacent to a few warehouse spaces. The buildings are arrayed on either side of Acme Street, and well set back from the road. This means delivery trucks can get to your door with ease.
Near the intersection of Gore and Rio Grande, Acme Commercial Park has excellent access to I-4 and Highway 408 (East-West expressway). It is just south of the Citrus Bowl, and within minutes of Orlando Health, the city’s fifth largest employer. Businesses serving either of these enterprises, or involved in construction of Orlando’s new cultural and entertainment venues will find this to be an ideal location.
